Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing:

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.

    • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Local city deliveries are available. 

  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

  4. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  5. Damaged or Lost Packages:

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at the email listed below with photos of the damage.

    • For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. If you need further assistance, reach out to us.           

    • All sales for coaching sessions, digital products, and online courses are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
